Inspector Anatole Blaylock of Interpol was obsessed with tracking down and capturing the famous jewel thief Le Renard. After years of failing to capture Le Renard, and endless abuse from his superiors, Blaylock snapped. He then concocted a plot that had to be stopped by Remington Steele.
