Biography

Early life

LaGarda was born to an Italian mother in Havana, Cuba in the year 1970. Her father was an associate of Fidel Castro who fell out of favour in 1978 and was subsequently executed. LaGarda and her mother were part of the 1980 Mariel boatlift and ultimately settled in Miami. (TV: Gray Zone)
