A man who cuts off his own legs can't expect others to run for him.

Grandma Tan

Caldo Vasco was a Canadian professional hockey player who played for the Toronto Maple Leafs. During his retirement years in the early 21st century, Vasco had become an alcoholic. A car accident brought on by a drunken attempt to kill a Shih Tzu, Cookie Thompson, resulted in the loss of his ability to use his legs. On returning home to Robson Arms from the hospital, Vasco sought to use his disability to his advantage by manipulating women into allowing him to ogle them. A feud with superintendent Yuri Kukoc lead to his secret getting out, causing Vasco to briefly become a pariah.[1]
