Casey Jones was a Human from the Channel Awesome Multiverse, one who was incredibly rebellious, to the point that he refused to do anything that was asked of him.
When Phelous asked him to be part of a review, Jones refused, making a point of Phelous not being his "real" father. When Shredder refused to clean up a pile of VHS he had failed to levitate, Jones stepped in to do it. Phelous then ordered him to leave, to which Jones refused to comply, only to immediately leave.
After Phelous had gone to the Garbage Dimension, Shredder returned to take over Phelous' show, with Casey coming back to stop him. Shredder threatened to release Casey's sex tape (Not the one with April O'Neill), before they proceeded to have a poorly choreographed fight. Phelous returned from the Garbage Dimension, only to see the fight and decide he was better off in the Garbage Dimension.
