Charles Turner was an American politician who served as President of the United States. In 2017, Turner oversaw a mass refugee crisis as two million people from Pennsylvania, New York, and the tri-state area fled to the Mid-West for sanctuary from nuclear fallout after the bombing of Indian Point. Turner imposed martial law in Southern California to quell large-scale rioting in the wake of the attack. During this time, Turner also oversaw the conclusion of the Abraham plot.
