Chris Patten was the governor of Hong Kong during the late twentieth century. In 1997, mass migration from mainland China resulted in skyrocketing levels of crime. Patten was chose to call upon Bruce Lee's relative Chin, and hired him to kill 1.2 billion of the communist invaders. Patten was unaware of the threat of the Chinese secret weapon, Tong Shau Ping.
