Professor Connor Doyle (7 December 1960 - 13 February 1997) was an American paranormal investigator who worked for the Office of Scientific Investigation and Research, and a former United States Navy captain.

Biography[]

Military Career[]

During his naval service, Doyle commanded a minesweeper stationed at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base. On one mission, his duties led him into an area of the sea that was part of the Bermuda Triangle. He and his observed that within this area the laws of physics did not apply. Navigational control was lost and the minesweeper collided with an unknown object. Doyle ordered an evacuation while the ship was taking on water. While most of the crew escaped the sinking ship, by the time air-sea rescue arrived, only Doyle and his first mate were still alive. The bodies of the other seamen were never found. Doyle filed a report with the Navy, but it was suppressed. (TV: Anasazi Cave / Devil's Triangle)
