Dr. Curtis Rollins was an American lawyer and FBI profiler best known paranormal investigator who worked on behalf of the Office of Scientific Investigation and Research during the late 20th century.[1]

Rollins graduated from Cornell Law School in 1984. Ultimately, he felt that defending criminals wasn't as exciting as the prospect of encountering extraterrestrial life. (TV: Tribunal)
Rollins was employed by the Federal Serial Killers Profiling Unit, where he worked as a profiler. Following his brief work with the Bureau, he continued to keep tabs on cases he was unable to solve, such as that of the White Crow Killer. (TV: The Light)
