Doctor Who's Artic Base was a commonly unnamed base located in the Arctic in the Toho Multiverse. Established by Doctor Who while under contract by Madame Piranha to mine for Element X.
It was also the location of the construction of Mechani-Kong, whom Who used to dig for the Element X.
