Doug Walker, better known by the name of his reviewing persona, the Nostalgia Critic, was an American internet reviewer and comedian known for producing online videos that lampoon and critique films considered "nostalgic".

Review of Barney's Great Adventure

Viewing and Initial Murders

Circa 2013, Walker was traumatised by the thought of being forced to watch the film "Barney's Great Adventure". He elected to review the film anyway, although the pain of the thought of watching it caused him to cry and lash out at his viewers during the recording. Walker was unable to bring himself to actually review the film, merely recording himself watching it while crying. After the film finished, he recorded himself committing bodily harm, before he found a gun and tracked down and murdered his co-workers, all on camera. (PROSE: Nostalgia Critic's Lost Review)

Further Murders and Death

Walker then retrieved a baseball bat and began to track down and murder his fellow TGWTG reviewers, one by one. Walker killed Lindsay Ellis, Lewis Lovhaug, Joe Vargas, Paul Schuler, Matthew Buck, Brad Jones, Eric Rodriguez, Kaylyn Saucedo, and every other person on Channel Awesome. Continuity

• How Walker continued to produce videos after his suicide is not explained, nor how he and the other Channel Awesome contributors could have returned to life afterward. In the case of other "lost episode" creepypastas, the recordings are indicated to be haunted or to have been maliciously edited.
• Assuming the events recorded in the "Barney's Great Adventure" review actually transpired within the context of the story, it is unclear how Walker could have traveled across the continental United States to track down and murder his colleagues undetected both by his fellow reviewers and the authorities. Furthermore, since the story states that he killed every other contributor, that would mean Walker traveled to Canada to kill Phelan Porteous, the United Kingdom to kill Mike Jeavons and Jerrica Benton, France to kill Julien Diaz, Australia to kill Dan Rizzo, and New Zealand to kill Will DuFresne.
• Rob Walker's fate in the story goes unmentioned.
