Electro, threatening United Nations delegates

Rheinholt Kragov was a Russian law enforcement officer and supervillain of the late 20th century. The son of the Nazi war criminal known as the Red Skull, Kragov bided his time to gather the Project Doomsday Keys, gain access to the Antimatter Vortex, and free his father from limbo. To do so, he rose through the ranks of the Moscow Police and began posing as his father.

Trivia[]

  • Kragov's age is hard to pin down specifically, but can be done narrowly. The Red Skull recognises him and knows him by name as his own son, meaning he had to have been born by 1945 and reached an age where he had a face that would somewhat resemble his adult self. At the same time, he couldn't have been too old by the end of the war, as he wasn't portrayed as being particularly aged or feeble. Thus, it's most likely that he falls within the later end of the Silent Generation.
