Ensign Floppo was a human clown from the Channel Awesome Multiverse. He served aboard the USS Phallus Fucker under the command of Phelous.
Biography[]
After Phelous had accidentally caused a hull breach via reckless use of a handgun, he summoned Floppo to the bridge to help deal with the damage.
Upon laying eyes on Floppo, he instantly recognized the clown as evil incarnate. Floppo then prepared to kill Phelous, but was stopped by the New Style Ninja Tortoise throwing a spear into his heart, which killed him.
Phelous then plugged the hole in the hull with Floppo's carcass. (SKETCH: Marvel Universe: The Book of the Dead)

- Floppo was a parody of Boffo the Clown, from Lewis Lovhaug's "Atop the Fourth Wall". Boffo was originally introduced as being a counter to the prevalence of scary and evil clowns in fiction.
