Crazy Fat Ethel Janowksi was a morbidly obese serial killer from an Undefined Multiverse. She had been institutionalized for quite some time, but was released into the care of her grandmother despite her doctor's unease.
Upon release, Janowksi began consuming massive amounts of food, leading to a confrontation between her and her grandmother. Mrs. Janowski threatened to call the sanitarium, causing Ethel to snap and murder her grandmother.
Her sister Rosalie soon came to visit, leaving the situation to spiral down further.
