Craig Golightly, alias Vincent Dawn, and better known as the Cinema Snob, was a Human film reviewer from the Channel Awesome Multiverse. He lived in the town of Springfield, Illinois, with his neighbours being 80's Dan, and Travis Crabtree.

His associates included The Messiah, Kung Tai Ted, and others.

He was an extended associate of Linkara, Phelous, and the Nostalgia Critic, as well as Obscurus Lupa.

He had many rivalries, including Kung Tai Ted, and Bastard Film Brain.

Development

Jones first found inspiration for the character after a screening of "Monkey Shines". George Romero was holding a Q&A, and another man in the audience was dressed in the black suit and glasses, along with the shaved bald head that would later become synonymous with the Cinema Snob.

• The Cinema Snob has been parodied in the form of the Cinema Slob, about a character who, as written on the Cinema Snob website, "likes it because no one else does".
