Henry (Sometimes referred to as Henry M) was a Human from an Undefined Multiverse. From Boulder, Colorado, he eventually was assigned to Two Forks Tower.
He and Delilah got involved in a supposed conspiracy, which was in reality a lonely Ned Goodwin listening to their conversations.
