Herbert "Herbie" Lefram was a Canadian hitman of the 20th century. After a stint in Kingston Penitentiary for drug dealing, Lefram's services were acquired by the Satanist Keerson, who used him to procure prostitutes to be used in a black mass ritual. After the plan to use Sandra failed, Meg Latimer sold Elizabeth Lucy for the purpose. After Lucy's unintended suicide, Lefram was charged with killing anyone who could aid Detective Sergeant Jim Henderson's investigation. Henderson subsequently killed Lefram in a shootout in the Port of Montreal.
