Sir John A. Macdonald was a Canadian politician and lawyer, and the first Prime Minister of Canada. He unintentionally instigated a curse against the population of Kingston, Ontario, in which the sober citizens of the town became possessed by demons.
Notes[]
Behind the Scenes[]
- Macdonald was voiced by John Dunsworth,[1][2] best known for the role of Mr. Lahey. Producer Adam Kirkey had jokingly envisioned other actors in the role, such as Ryan Reynolds, but Dunsworth was a popular choice.[3]
- Dunsworth said of Kirkey's offer, "He asked if I’d be interested in doing the voice, and I said sure. So we made an appointment and went to the studio. He stayed up in Toronto and I did the voice in the studio. It was good to work with him, he knew exactly what he wanted."[3]
