The Joker

"The Joker" was a genetic and mental duplicate of the original Joker, an unidentified American master criminal. After the death of the first Joker, a microchip implanted in the neck of Tim Drake contained a copy of his mind and genetic code. It spent decades rewriting Drake's biology, allowing the Joker to seize control of Drake's body and shapeshift between their two appearances at will. Taking control of a Jokerz cell, the Joker stole various electronics to build a device to hijack a defence satellite and carve a smiley face into Neo-Gotham. He was ultimately humiliatingly defeated by Terry McGinnis, who electrocuted him to death.
