Sergeant Leah Collins (1969-2004) was a Canadian law enforcement and military officer of the late 20th and early 21st centuries. After the death of Prime Minister Matthew McLaughlin, Sgt. Collins uncovered the Ungava Compact conspiracy, and was killed by assassin Daniel Holt on the orders of Tom McLaughlin.
