Mark Adams was an American intelligence operative and spy of the 20th century. While working for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Adams was assisted by Israeli agent Carol Bechtal in investigating Nazi war criminal Count Otto von Delberg and his Neo-Nazi biker gang, the Hell's Bloody Devils.
