Matt was a Canadian film store clerk of the 21st century. In 2017, Matt was fearful of losing his brother Tim after the latter decided to move away from their home town of Kingston, Ontario. The two were forced to work together while drinking copious amounts of alcohol in order to avoid an invasion by demons accidentally unleashed 150 years before by Prime Minister Sir John A. Macdonald. The brothers managed to work through their fears together and prevent the end of the world.
