Mingo City was the capital city of Ming the Merciless' imperial government of Mongo.[1]
History[]
Dr. Hans Zarkov's rocket ship flew over the city as the rogue planet Mongo approached the Earth. The War Fleet of the Emperor was deployed to capture Flash Gordon and Dale Arden, and brought them back to the city.
