Mr. Tinkles was a White Persian Cat and Terrorist from an Undefined Multiverse, who sought to wipe out every variety of Dog from the planet Earth.
To do so, he sought to steal the genetics research of Professor Charles Brody, a Human seeking to find a cure for dog allergies in humans. Tinkles planned on reversing the formula, and spreading it around the world as a plague born by Rats, so that dogs would be cast down by humans, and the only common house pet would be the cats.
From there, they would retake control of the humans, much like they had during the era of Ancient Egypt.
His subordinate, Calico, had to take care of the organization on a regular basis, due to Tinkles being the pet of of Charles Mason, the billionaire, and constantly under the watchful eye of Mason's maid.
