Gulf War[]
During the Gulf War, the CIA and the Pentagon contracted the O.S.I.R. to run remote viewing operations during the war. Among other efforts, the O.S.I.R. remote viewers assisted the U.S. Strategic Air Command locate Iraqi missile sites in 1991.
