Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh (10 June 1921 - 9 April 2021)[1] was a member of the British royal family and the husband of Queen Elizabeth II. He was the longest-serving consort of a reigning British monarch and the oldest ever male member of the British royal family. Their eldest son succeeded his upon the passing of his mother in 2022 to become King Charles III, having been the longest serving heir apparent to the British throne in history.[2]
Prince Philip was worshipped as a god by the people of Tanna, part of the nation of Vanuatu.[3][4][5] They believed Prince Philip had enabled election of the first African American President of the United States, Barack Obama, and had used his magic to enable the discovery of Osama bin Laden's hiding place.[6]
