The RT-EMF Laser Cannon

The RT-EMF Laser Cannon was an offensive weapon developed by Peter Axon of the OSIR under the employ of Tessler Industries. A four million dollar prototype was displayed for Frank Elsinger, but a coolant problem led the weapon to malfunction. The coolant problem was shortly thereafter solved by Langston Custodial janitor John Doe, who was then made a subject of investigation by the OSIR.
