Rick Schumann was an American-born Russian entrepreneur best known as the proprietor and founder of the Draco Tavern, a pub catering to extraterrestrial lifeforms arriving at Mount Forel Spaceport.

Following the first appearance of a Chirpsithra star liner in 2018,[1] Schumann elected to build the tavern.
