The Second Doctor was an incarnation of the Time Lord known as the Doctor, of the Doctor Who Multiverse.
This incarnation of the Doctor was considered a cosmic hobo, one who could disarm his opponents with his perceived foolishness.
Preceded by the First Doctor, and followed by the Third Doctor, this was the incarnation known for meeting the most of his other incarnations.
This Doctor had a doppelganger as a foe, the human Ramón Salamander.
