The Shades were a species of Robotic lifeform native to the Channel Awesome Multiverse. They were created by and served Lord Vyce, traveling with him aboard The Vyce Ship as he put in motion to his plans to conquer the Multiverse, seeking to protect it from The Entity.
As Vyce ran into trouble with Linkara, so did his troops.
