Stan Lee (28 December 1922 - 12 November 2018)[1] was an American comic book writer, editor, publisher, and film producer. As the primary creative leader at Marvel Comics for two decades, Lee led its expansion into a multimedia empire.
Alongside Jack Kirby, Lee co-created the X-Men, Ant-Man, Iron Man, Thor, the Hulk, the Fantastic Four and their nemesis Doctor Doom. Alongside Steve Ditko, he co-created Spider-Man.
