That Guy With The Hat was a Human resident of the Channel Awesome Multiverse. A very erratic and unstable individual, he once stole The Fourth Doctor's TARDIS to commit genocide on the Dinosaurs.
He also ran into problems with Woodchucks, who, being particularly crafty, had many evil schemes in mind, and took That Guy With The Hat hostage.
He was loosely affiliated with Linkara, as he helped him dispel the evil That Guy With The Glasses.
