The Foreign Freak was a Music and Film reviewer from the Internet Reviewer Multiverse.
At one point, he received a letter labelled "Bad Wolf". Opening it up, he discovered a YouTube address, which he followed. It took him to a retelling of the tale of Doctor Hooey and his companion's encounter with a Beedeer on the planet Sneeben. Despite the fact that it was an incredibly accurate retelling, he was incredibly confused. He made a point of talking about how the events proceeding did not operate on the logic of the Doctor Who Multiverse, without realizing that they indeed did not, as they took place within the Turkish Multiverse.
