The Omega Congress was an Orwellian government that controlled most of what was left of California, after the radiation wars had decimated the world.

History

During the early days of the Dark Age of Tyranny, when lawlessness reigned supreme, Prossor came forth with a solution - a new government, one that would protect the people, giving them what they need, when they need it.

He lined out his Laws and Obligations, and though they were strict, people were yearning for the chaos to end, and agreed. In order to prevent his newly formed Congress from shattering, Prossor formed a militia, to enforce the laws and obligations, leading to a tyrannical society where Prossor ruled and the citizens suffered.
