After successfully mounting a slave revolt against the Almighty, D'leh killed him, destroying his empire and freeing his numerous slaves. - Captain Canuck and Nyro-Ka find themselves thrown back in time to what would become Chaleur Bay, finding the local Mi'kmaq in a war against the invading Vikings. Canuck assists in repelling an attack,[11] before engaging in espionage to investigate Thorvald the Reaver's plans. Having assisted the Mi'kmaq in repelling the invaders, Canuck follows Nyro-Ka back to his own time.[12] However, Canuck's assistance of the Mi'kmaq changes the timeline; before his interference in events, they had originally been fated to lose. This radically alters the timeline and prevents Canada from becoming the world's dominant superpower in the latter half of the 20th century.[13]

The Denver Free Militia, the United States Cavalry, temperance activists lead by Cora Templeton Massingale, and Indigenous warriors all participate in the Battle of Whiskey Hills over the shipment, before Massingale engineers its destruction in the Disaster at Quicksand Bottoms.[37]

- A land grant is written up granting ownership to the entirety of North America west of Cape Spear to a single family, so long as it is claimed within 125 years.
- In Kingston, Ontario, John A. Macdonald watches the execution of a witch whose execution he'd successfully convicted. The witch vengefully curses the city so that any citizen who isn't sufficiently drunk will be possessed by a demon, forcing Macdonald to flee for his life.[38]

William discovers his mother's corpse and is left with a phobia of butterflies after seeing them covering her corpse.

- The Reign of Terror in Europe begins as revolutions spread throughout the continent seeking to destroy every monarchy and replace them with republics. Great Britain escapes the warfare but is required to maintain its entire fleet in defence of the British Isles. Over the course of the next three years, 4 million people are killed. Prime Minister Sir —- —-'s government navigates the economic hardships with great difficulty.[43]
- On 4 March, John Carter's death is observed.
- Captain Canuck arrives in Clayburn, British Columbia while attempting to travel through time back to 1995.[44] He is then found and attacked by the Sonic Squad, who attack him before the arrival of the alien Lorand, in search of Nyro-Ka. Clayburn is devastated by the brawl. The Sonic Squad attempt to force Canuck back through time to 1983, but they instead find themselves in 2016.[45]

- Reformer politicians across Canada incite their supporters to march on Ottawa and demand the resignation of Sir —- —-'s Conservative government and annexation by the United States. In response, Canadians living abroad in America return to their homeland to defend against an expected invasion. In June, on the day of the year's general election, news reached Canada of the assassination of the President of the United States. Anarchist uprisings manifested in multiple cities. A planned naval invasion force from San Francisco seeking control of British Columbia were sunk by a hurricane. A prominent Irish politician secured the admission of multiple countries stretching from the British Raj into Mediterranean Europe into the British Empire. The resulting effect is an overwhelming electoral defeat of the Reformers.[43]
- By August, the Reformers are so disheartened by their resounding loss that they merge with the Conservatives, resulting in the Dominion of Canada becoming a one-party state. With no danger from Europe's shores remaining, Great Britain dispatches its troops to Canada to convince the United States to suppress hostile elements within its borders.[43]
- The manuscript titled "The House on the Borderland" is discovered in the ruins of a recluse's home who lived outside Kraighten.

- In April, the Massachusetts fishing vessel the James G. Blaine is intercepted by the Canadian government vessel Acadia in Nova Scotia waters. After a brief firefight instigated by the American fishermen, the fishermen are captured and put under arrest. In the course of the capture, two Canadians that had been working aboard the Blaine are killed. This event becomes an international incident known as the affair of the James G. Blaine, and in short order war is declared between the United States and Great Britain. The Storm of '92, as the war comes to be called, sees the destruction by naval bombardment of New York City, Chicago, Milwaukee, Cleveland, Buffalo, Rochester, and Oswego, as well as the heavy shelling of Toronto by the Americans. The war concludes with the Treaty of London and a military review of 50,000 men observed by Queen Victoria.[40]

- While pursuing the affections of Phyllis Wetherell, Richard Hatteras is thrust into several dangerous encounters with the enigmatic Dr. Nikola. Along the way, he inherits a baronetcy and wins her hand in marriage.
- On 14 July, Bartholomew Wolfe Bandy is born.
- On 5 November, H. G. Wells discovers that his friend, London surgeon John Leslie Stevenson, is actually Jack the Ripper. Before the police can apprehend Stevenson, he flees to the future year 1979 in Wells' experimental time machine. Terrified at the thought of Stevenson being allowed to roam free in Wells' predicted utopia, the author uses the time machine to attempt to apprehend the serial killer. Subsequently, Wells returns from the future with Amy Catherine Robbins, whom he marries.[46]

- After the discovery of the body of Mortimer Shanly by the Toronto Constabulary, intelligence officer Terrence Meyers interferes in the investigation at the behest of Sir Wilfrid Laurier to locate lost gold stolen from the Canadian government with Sir John A. Macdonald's unwitting assistance. Detective William Murdoch, Chief Inspector Thomas Brackenreid, Constable George Crabtree, and Meyers manage to locate the lost gold and prevent American spy Allen Clegg from acquiring a pretext for President William McKinley to invade Canada.[35]

- About two weeks before 15 April, U.S. Army Captain Arthur W. Fairchild and his men enter the mountains of Wyoming in search of Indigenous people who had left their reservation. They arrive at Lake LaMetrie and kill the Lake LaMetrie Monster after they discover it devouring the body of Dr. James McLennegan.
- On 15 April, Captain Arthur W. Fairchild writes a letter to Prof. William G. Breyfogle, enclosing Dr. James McLennegan's manuscript and explaining what they knew of his death.

- On 22 January, J. B. Books arrives in Carson City, Nevada to consult with Dr. E. W. "Doc" Hostetler. Hostetler confirms that Books is dying from prostate cancer, and that the death will be painful. Books, attempting to live out his last days in peace, befriends Bond and Gillom Rogers. In the subsequent days, Books arranges a showdown to allow himself to die of a more noble death. He is killed in a shootout on the 29, his 58th birthday.[31]
- President William McKinley is assassinated by Leon Czolgosz. Allen Clegg manipulates his investigation of Emma Goldman to allow him to frame Terrence Meyers for hatching a conspiracy to kill the President. Detective William Murdoch proves Meyers' innocence.[57]

- British adventurer Colonel Adam Adamant trails his longtime foe the Face to an abandoned mansion in London. He is captured and cryogenically frozen, left to be forgotten by his mortal foe, and is officially recorded as missing in action and presumed deceased. He remains entombed in ice until 1966.[58] Owing to his disappearance, Colonel Adamant is never discharged from the British Army.[48]
- In June, following the conclusion of the South African War, Sherlock Holmes is offered and refuses a knighthood for services that remain undisclosed to the public by Dr. Watson.

- On 5 November 1979, H. G. Wells arrives in San Francisco with the aid of his time machine on the trail of surgeon John Leslie Stevenson, secretly Jack the Ripper. After securing the assistance of Amy Robbins, Wells traces Stevenson and narrowly avoids being murdered before being tricked to believe Stevenson had died in a car crash. After spending time romancing Robbins, Wells notes a string of serial killings has continued and realises that Stevenson must still be alive. The pair attempt to use the time machine to help stop Stevenson, but are unable to save Stevenson's last two victims. Stevenson then kidnaps Robbins to force Wells to hand over the key to the time machine, and attempts to flee in it before Wells sabotages the machine and sends the killer to "infinity". Not seeing a life for herself without him, Robbins travels back to 1893 with Wells.[46]

The Doctor, Ben and Polly foil the invasion plans of Mondas' Cybermen, though the Doctor, feeling worn-out, returns to his TARDIS and collapses. Ben and Polly witness his body's renewal into a new incarnation.
- Trucker Jack Burton arrives in San Francisco's Chinatown to deliver goods to his friend, restaurant owner Wang Chi. They're quickly embroiled in a kidnapping when Wang's newly immigrated girlfriend, Miao Yin, is kidnapped by street gangs working at the behest of immortal magician and crime lord Lo Pan. With the help of Egg Shen and the Chang Sing, they raid the inner bowels of the Wing Kong Exchange to kill Lo Pan after he becomes mortal through marriage but before he can reclaim his power. Egg Shen rests after his long war, Wang and Miao Yin get to spend time together, and Burton heads back on the open road, unaware that a minion of Lo Pan has stowed away on the Pork Chop Express.[7]
- Photographer Mary Thomas captures a photo of the Slender Man in a playground with children nearby. Fourteen go missing. The next week, the Stirling City Library blaze occurs on 13 June. Thomas goes missing.

- On December 31, the Master known as the Beast comes to Earth in search of his missing slave, Mickey Finn, who had been expected to destroy the planet. After finding the skinned corpses of a Green Beret team and discovering that the "cabinet ministers" were CIA spies, Schaefer leads a retreat in the direction of the border. The retreat becomes a massacre as they are stalked by a Yautja hunter.

- On 8 May, Alert PI.4 is taken over by communist invaders. C.I.S.O. agents Captain Canuck and Bluefox are dispatched to the base in northern Quebec to retake the base. A reprogrammed T-800 is dispatched by Connor in 2029 to protect his younger self, and assists the 10-year-old Connor and his mother Sarah in surviving the T-1000's attacks and in preventing Judgment Day from occurring three years from then, in 1997.
- 32-and-a-half years after the Cuban Missile Crisis, Russian ultranationalist Vladimir Radchenko attempts to launch a coup against the President. The Radchenko rebellion nearly leads to nuclear war both through seized nuclear weapons, and being the unintentional cause of the USS Alabama mutiny following a disagreement between US Navy Captain Frank Ramsey and Lieutenant Commander Ron Hunter.

- The Eugenics Wars come to a close. Khan Noonien Singh and eighty-four of his fellow Augments escape the Earth aboard the nuclear-powered DY-100-class sleeper ship SS Botany Bay. Their escape is kept a secret to the world's population and is only uncovered in 2267.
- Collingwood, Ontario is taken over by a consortium, who remove power from the town council and govern from the shadows.[131]
- On 2 March, a large explosion erupts on the Moon. The explosion was theorised by many to have been caused by the mining corporation Sidereal Plexus.[132]
- The War of 1996 lasts from 2 to 4 July. The Harvesters arrive on Earth, destroying Los Angeles, New York City, Washington, D.C. and other world capitals and heavy population centres. President Thomas Whitmore escapes the destruction of the White House and flees to Area 51 alongside engineer David Levinson. Levinson and USMC Captain Steven Hiller use a captured fighter to infiltrate the Harvester mothership and upload a computer virus to shut down the shields of the saucers. President Whitmore leads an aerial assault on the a saucer, before Vietnam veteran Russell Casse flies his fighter jet into the maw of a saucer and destroys it in the ensuing chain reaction, giving humanity the strategy necessary to survive.
- On 24 November, the Moon collides with Earth, ending the human race. However, David, Catherine Mayweather, Barry, and Cody escape into another universe after failing to survive in an unknown number of parallel worlds.
- In the closing weeks of December, Minneapolis mattress salesman Howard Langston struggles to obtain a Turbo Man action figure for his son Jamie, dueling with postal worker Myron Larabee to find the season's most popular toy before Christmas. Through a series of coincidences, Langston finds himself dressed as the character during a parade, and saves his son's life. Having earned his son's love, he returns home with his family only to discover that he had failed to purchase a present for his wife Liz.[133]

- Following a terrorist attack on Air Force One, President John Harker lands in an escape pod in New York City, where he is captured and held hostage by the forces of the Duke of New York. To prevent the planned unveiling of cold fusion from being derailed in the government's bid to end war with China and the Soviet Union, former Special Forces soldier Snake Plissken is forced to embark on a rescue mission to save the President. After the rescue concludes, Plissken sabotages the peace summit between the three countries after the President privately displays a callous disregard for his fallen rescuers.[126]
- A gang war takes place in Los Angeles between the Colombian Scorpions and Jamaican Voodoo Posse drug cartels. Lieutenant Mike Harrigan and the Alvarado Precinct are barely withstanding the open warfare conducted in the street when a Yautja hunter arrives in the city in search of prey. Peter Keyes of the CIA's OWLF Program arrives to investigate. Numerous gangsters, officers of the LAPD, and OWLF are killed before Harrigan successfully kills the hunter.
- The United States Congress passes a Skynet funding bill.
- Governor of Hong Kong Chris Patten hires a relative of Bruce Lee, Chin, to commit genocide against immigrating Chinese citizens during the Handover of Hong Kong. The Chinese government retaliates by unveiling their ultimate weapon, Tong Shau Ping.
- On 30 June, the Doctor arrives in Hong Kong after being exiled by the Time Lords. There he meets the Brigadier for the third time, and uncovers a plot by the Master involving Mainland China, mind controlled soldiers, and the Handover of Hong Kong.
- On 4 August, Skynet goes online. Humans are completely locked out of strategic defence and the artificial intelligence begins learning at a geometric rate.
- On 29 August, Skynet becomes self-aware. The government attempts to disable it, but in an act of self-preservation it launches ICBMs against Russia. Russia replies in kind and kills the people attempting to disable Skynet.
- On 10 November, the November 1997 lunar eclipse occurs. Juan Mendoza, Joe Hempworth, and Senator Jill Bradbury are abducted by the Grey Men as part of a scheme orchestrated by O.S.I.R. Director of Operations Frank Elsinger.

- The Gordy's Home incident occurs when popping balloons on the set of the sitcom "Gordy's Home" enrages the animal actor playing the titular chimpanzee, causing it to murder actors Phyllis Mayberry and Tom Bogan, and maim actress Mary Jo Elliott. Child star Ricky Park escapes without physical harm, but is traumatised for life after the killings of his colleagues and the execution of the chimpanzee.[134]

- After a student revolt,[135][136] Prime Minister Robert Ghiberti struggles to prevent an arms agreement from derailing into an international crisis.[137]
- Satan, possessing the body of Catherine Danforth, emerges from the doors of Saint Goddard's. Scientists, having invented technology that allowed them to transmit footage through time into the dreams of sleeping people, desperately hope that the people receiving the footage will be able to avert the end of the world.
- Tom McLaughlin speaks before the Burnham-Woods Institute members at the Djurgarden Hotel in Stockholm. He advocates for the dissolution of all nation states and borders, and the institution of a one-world government.

- On 13 September, a thermonuclear explosion in lunar nuclear waste disposal sites blasts the Moon out of the Earth's orbit, and it begins to drift through outer space, with the crew of Moonbase Alpha stranded far from home.
- On 30 December, the Seventh Doctor lands his TARDIS in San Francisco after an emergency was caused by the Master. After stepping out of the TARDIS he is immediately shot by a Chinese street gang. Their quarry, Chang Lee, brings the heavily wounded Doctor to a hospital, where he is operated on by Dr. Grace Holloway. He seemingly dies on the operating table and is sent to the morgue, where a delayed regeneration occurs in the early hours of the 31st, and the Eighth Doctor is born.[138]

With the assistance of Cheney, the Master, and Major Kennet, the Doctor is able to defeat the Shalka Confederacy's plot.
- On the night of 4 July, the Rake attacks a couple and their daughter. The father attempts to drive their wounded daughter to a hospital but instead accidentally drives into a lake.

- After Network 23 journalist Edison Carter investigates a death caused by a blipvert in Peckham, he is physically attacked after executive Mr. Grossman pulls the story and endangers his life. Left with a personal stake in the investigation, Carter and Theora Jones investigate the network's executives and the involvement of Bryce Lynch. Following Carter's discovery of the Blipvert Project and that the network was knowingly killing its viewers, Lynch attempts to assassinate Carter with the help of hired thugs Breugal and Mahler. In attempting to cover up Carter's death, Lynch creates the artificial intelligence that comes to be known as Max Headroom; the attempt is deemed a failure by Grossberg. Bryce attempts to keep Headroom safe for future experimentation, but Breugal and Mahler pawn it off to Slow Reg of minor network Big Time Television for expedience's sake after Carter escapes from having his organs harvested. Headroom quickly becomes a ratings hit for Big Time and draws viewership away from Network 23. After seeing the effect on their ratings, Grossberg and Lynch attempt to retrieve Headroom, only to fall into a trap set by the still-living Carter, who attempts to force Grossberg to reveal the deadly side-effects of the blipverts to Network 23's shrinking audience.[127]
- Mays Gilliam wins the 2004 United States presidential election and becomes the first Black President of the United States. His visage is subsequently added to Mount Rushmore.
- Prime Minister of Canada Matthew McLaughlin dies in a canoe trip. RCMP investigator Sgt. Leah Collins initially suspects an accident but soon uncovers indications of foul play, while McLaughlin's son Tom McLaughlin seizes the moment and manipulates newly-appointed Prime Minister Marc Lavigne into losing a leadership election. Now in control of the government, McLaughlin sets about implementing the Ungava Compact to transfer Canadian water to the United States. After Collins informs him that his father was murdered, McLaughlin institutes martial law through the Emergencies Act before Collins and Lavigne discover McLaughlin's connections to an international conspiracy to implement the Ungava Compact. After Lavigne topples McLaughlin's government in a confidence vote with the help of Cam Ritchie, McLaughlin has Collins murdered to ensure no evidence can come to light against him. On the day of the election, President Monroe institutes an American-controlled dictatorship after worrying the Canadian Crisis will affect the United States.

- Sir Patrick Browne, first Viceroy of the Air, dies at the age of 45 from injuries sustained during the Terror.
- Jack Deth arrives after being sent back in time from the 24th century. He successfully discovers, locates and stops Colonel Daddy Muthuh from escalating his Trancer program. He then decides to return to the future.
- On 4 March, Rose Tyler meets with the Ninth Doctor for the first time, and they defeat the Nestene Consciousness in London. She takes him up on his offer of travelling through space and time.

- A woman who survived an encounter with the Rake begins researching the entity, discovering evidence of its activities from the 12th century onwards and across four continents. She comes to realise that after it caused the deaths of her partner and child, it had never stopped watching her in her sleep.
- The deity Svaroh, born during the Chernobyl disaster,[141] is caught on film for the first and only time in the Chernobyl exclusion zone.[142]
- On 27 July, two teenagers disappear from the Neb's Fun World bowling alley in Oshawa, Ontario. They are assumed to be victims of the Smile Room.[143]
- On 25 December, the Sycorax arrive on Earth and attempt to conquer the planet. Rose Tyler attempts to help the newly-regenerated Tenth Doctor recover while Prime Minister Harriet Jones attempts to negotiate on behalf of the human race. After he recovers, the Doctor defeats the Sycorax Leader in armed combat and banishes the Sycorax from the Earth. Harriet Jones judges this to be insufficient and orders Torchwood to destroy the Sycorax ship, killing them all. As punishment for committing genocide, the Doctor uses social engineering to topple Jones' government, before leaving to go on more adventures with Tyler.[144] Shortly after this, Harold Saxon makes his first verifiable appearance.[145]

Bum on the Critic's side, as well as Guitar Guy, Benzaie, Little Miss Gamer, That Aussie Guy, Angry Joe, That Chick With The Goggles, Still Lee, and Bennett the Sage on the Nerd's. Ma-Ti originally attempted to aid the Critic, before siding with the Nerd's forces. After being attacked on all sides, he steals the Nerd's weapon and begins firing on the assembled crowd. The fight is then further disrupted by the arrival of Super Mecha Death Christ and Giant Robotic Donkey Kong Jesus Riding a Puff of Smoke, whose own fierce battle ends in a nuclear explosion. The group is then persuaded to stop fighting by Ask That Guy, who lectures them on the folly of war and points out that if they were to shoot crossovers they'd get more views, exciting the combatants and quelling the Critic-Nerd feud.[147]
2010[]
- Sixteen-year-old Newfoundlander Robin runs away from the ruling corporation, Wondracorp, to find her real father. She finds herself allied with Radd as they attempt to escape from the society they are trapped in.
- After one more escape attempt by the undead serial killer Jason Voorhees, the Crystal Lake Research Facility is abandoned. Voorhees and facility head Rowan LaFontaine are cryogenically frozen until they are rediscovered in 2455.
- The Wildfire virus escapes La Biomédicine DDMI, ushering in an undead uprising that ends civilization.
- In October, criminal lawyer James McGill is located by law enforcement, hiding out in Omaha, Nebraska, after his false identity as Gene Takavic is uncovered. He is arrested and uses his law skills to obtain a reduced sentence. At trial, he destroys the plea deal to atone for his crimes, and is sentenced to 86 years in federal prison. Kimberley Wexler meets him once more at ADX Montrose.[148]
2013[]
- In the original timeline, the 2013 Los Angeles sharknado forms and devastates the city,[149] on 11 July.[150] It is stopped by the quick thinking of Fin Shepard and his compatriots.[149] In the altered timeline caused by Gil Shepard's plans, Fin Shepard travels from 20013 and lands on Captain Carlos Santiago's shark fishing boat and assists him in fighting off the emerging sharknado. He discovers that Santiago had recovered Robot April's head from the sea bottom and prevented her turn to evil, but the dictatorial Robot April of 20013 arrives. Their fight over Gil Shepard's capacitor damages reality and causes a timenado, leading to historical figures such as Confucius, Muhammad Ali, and Adolf Hitler being attacked by sharks. Robot April assists Fin in killing her evil counterpart and detonating a nuclear weapon, destroying the sharknado and resetting the timeline. In the third timeline, all of Fin Shepard's friends and family are alive and well. Nova Clarke's grandfather was never killed by sharks, and Fin plans to retire to a farm in Kansas. As April goes into labour, Al Roker reports on The Today Show that there are no clouds in the sky anywhere, an occurrence unlikely to ever occur again.[150]
- The President's daughter Utopia flees to Los Angeles Island to bring the controls of the Sword of Damocles satellite network to Peruvian communist revolutionary Cuervo Jones, who intends to use the satellites in his invasion of the United States. Snake Plissken is forced to penetrate the island to retrieve the remote control, but also rescues the President's daughter. Disgusted with the state of the world, Plissken uses the remote and triggers every satellite, rendering all electronics on Earth inoperable.[139]
- In September, journalist Miles Upshur travels to Mount Massive Asylum to investigate a whistleblower's accounts. Following a massive breakout, Upshur narrowly escapes with his life.[108]

- Nuclear war devastates five continents. The remaining survivors move underground. This starts the "After the bomb" era, and the beginning of the second human race. The dating system moves from A.D. to A.B. while humanity begins to stagnate.[151]

- Following the arrival to Earth of a Chirpsithra star liner, Rick Schumann decides to build The Draco Tavern in Forelgrad.
- Jpw03, PatrckStatic, and Garuku Bluemoon convince LordMinion777 to go looking for the Loveland Frogman. After they stumble across the creature in the wilderness, they reluctantly abandon him to the Frogman.[157]
- On 30 March, Nadia Vulvokov turns 36 years old. She is killed in a car accident, only to find herself and Alan Zaveri to be trapped in a time loop that resets upon their deaths.

- On 18 September, the Angry Video Game Nerd attempts to take a vacation, but finds himself stranded on an island and forced to play the game "Trespasser" through the machinations of mad video game developer Seamus Blackley.[158]
- On 31 October, babysitter Corey Cunningham accidentally kills Haddonfield boy Jeremy Allen. While he is subsequently cleared of wrongdoing by the judge, he becomes an outcast in his home town on suspicion of having evaded justice for a murder.[159]

- Black One's forces seizes control of the oil-producing settlement Free Town. It is shortly thereafter freed by the Rangers, and Black One is killed.
- On 27 January, DCI Tom Brannick shoots Pat Keenan to death after successfully framing him as being responsible for the Goliath killings.

- Following multiple false accusations of criminality, Leroy Jethro Gibbs retires.

- On 13 February, criminal Robert Dardis is kidnapped and killed by DCI Tom Brannick in furtherance of his scheme to regain his lost IRA gold bars.
- Prior to her 40th birthday on 30 March, Nadia Vulvokov discovers she can time travel via the New York City Subway, and attempts to alter the events of her upbringing to leave herself less traumatised.
- In September, legendary stuntman Otis Haywood Sr. is killed by being in the trajectory of metal objects expelled by the Occulonimbus edoequus Jean Jacket. His children, Otis Jr. and Emerald Haywood discover the creature and believe it to be an extraterrestrial UFO, only to realise later that it was a living creature after the Jupiter's Claim disappearances. Working with technician Angel Torres and cinematographer Antlers Holst. They successfully capture the first footage and photographs of the creature before killing it with a balloon.[134]

- In November, in the wake of the re-election of Donald Trump and a lack of progress in combatting climate change, the USS Told Ya So departs from Earth, stealing the Moon along the way.[162]

- In the midst of the 2025 United States trade war with Canada and Mexico, Joe Canada emerged to deliver a rousing speech to Canadians and rally them against Donald Trump's expansionist efforts.[163]
- On 14 February, the Heart Eyes Killer begins targeting couples in Seattle, drawing the attention of the media after previous murders in Boston and Philadelphia. Eventually, the killer targets co-workers Ally McCabe and Jay Simmonds in the mistaken belief that they are a couple. Over the course of the night, the pair fall in love with each other and discover that there isn't a singular killer, but three in a throuple relationship. The duo successfully kill the trio and initiate a relationship.[164]
- On 1 April, people across the Earth began eating the fleshy spawn of Xipe Totec in an effort to save the planet.[165]

- Rotwang, using the False Maria, inspires an uprising in Metropolis. After much death and destruction it is routed and he is killed.

- The War Against the Machines comes to a close when the Resistance is led by John Connor to successfully destroy Skynet and end the war once and for all. However, Skynet manages to send a T-800 back in time to 1984. Kyle Reese is sent back to stop it from killing Connor's mother Sarah.
- United States Air Force Captain Leo Davidson is serving aboard the space station Oberon, when a freak electromagnetic storm appears from space and causes the disappearance of his favourite chimpanzee co-worker Pericles. Davidson enters the storm in search of Pericles, but is transported to 5021 A.D., where he will crash on the planet Ashlar. After returning from the future, he discovers General Thade has altered the timeline, replacing Abraham Lincoln, and has caused sentient apes to replace humans as the dominant species on Earth.[169]

The newly-born Über Jason continues to slaughter the crew until Sgt. Elijah Brodski intercepts him floating in space, and finally destroys him by forcing him into reentry with the atmosphere of Earth II.

- Cale Tucker is working in the salvage yard of space station Tau 14 when he is discovered by former military officer Joseph Korso and the crew of the Valkyrie. Tucker discovers the ring contains a map to the Titan and leads the crew to the ship, unaware that Korso and first officer Preed are working for the Drej Queen and seek to destroy humanity's last hope. After discovering Preed's duplicity, Korso kills him, and fights with Tucker and pilot Akima Kunimoto over the Titan. With the Drej poised to destroy the ship, Korso has a change of heart and assists Tucker and Kunimoto to harvest the Drej as fuel for the ship, dying in the process. The Titan converts the nebula it was stored in into a new planet for humanity to live on, which Tucker names "Planet Bob".[187]

- On 25 November, the Liberty 1 crashlands on Earth afters its departure thousands of years before. Astronauts George Taylor, John Landon, and Dodge discover that their fellow astronaut Stewart had died while the ship was in flight and narrowly escape the Liberty 1 before it sinks into the sea. In the coming days and weeks, they explore the unrecognisable planet, discovering a race of mute humans. Taylor is captured by Gorilla soldiers and sustains an injury that leaves him mute. Imprisoned in Ape City's zoo, Taylor attracts the attention of Chimpanzee scientists Doctors Zira and Cornelius. Their research determines that Taylor is far more intelligent than the humans of their time but earns them the ire of Dr. Zaius, Minister of Science and Chief Defender of the Faith. After Taylor publicly regains his ability to speak in an escape attempt, Zira and Cornelius smuggle Taylor to an archaeological dig site in the Forbidden Zone. An attempted capture by ape soldiers allows Taylor to hold Zaius hostage, and the four of them investigate artifacts. After proving the existence of the prior existence of an intelligent human society that existed prior to the Ape civilization, Zaius admits that he already knew the planet's history. Before Taylor and his companion Nova are allowed to leave, Zaius warns him that Taylor wouldn't like what he was going to find. Zira and Cornelius are arrested for heresy, while Taylor and Nova explore the coastline of the Forbidden Zone. Taylor breaks down in shock upon discovering the ruins of the Statue of Liberty and realising that he had been on Earth all along.[189]

He refuses, and thanks to the intervention of a cryogenically frozen April Wexler manages to escape through time back to 11 July 2013.
