George Wade Barnes[1] is a YouTuber best known for his ongoing series of Let's Plays on the YouTube channel LordMinion777. He is known for his association with Mark Fischbach and Bob Muyskens, as well as for his membership in the loosely-knit group Dem Salty Bois.

Prior to starting to make YouTube videos, Barnes aspired to a writing career and had been attempting to write a novel. He reflected in 2016 that his attempt still existed in some capacity.[2]

Barnes reflected on his channel's tenth anniversary with a video released on 10 November 2022.[3]

For April Fool's Day in 2018, Barnes uploaded a short montage of clips of him saying his intro over the years.[4]
In a 2024 episode of Distractible, Barnes stated that he didn’t accept a partnership deal with Epic Games for Fortnite content as the company prepared to release its Battle Royal Mode, because he thought at the time that he "had gotten everything [he] could get out of it“.[5]
